New Animation in Partnership with Cambridge Creative Encounters

Scripture & Violence researchers Daniel Weiss and Julia Snyder have collaborated with animator Riitta Hakkarainen to create a short animation on “War in the Bible, Jewish tradition, and beyond.” The collaboration was part of Cambridge Creative Encounters, sponsored by the University of Cambridge. Cambridge Creative Encounters brings together researchers and creative artists in order to convey ideas to a broader audience in new and dynamic ways. The film is now being used as part of the Cambridge in Your Classroom project, which aims to provide resources for teachers and students to use in school and classroom settings.
